Inorganic materials are the functional component of many energy storage devices, computers (both classical and quantum), solar cells, and uncountable other applications. However, considering their utility, very little is known about their synthesis. We are a research group focused on understanding the synthesis and properties of crystalline (and sometimes not so crystalline!) inorganic solids. We specialize in mixed anion materials for energy storage, quantum materials and doing solid state synthesis a little bit “wrong”
